Sahl Builders provides construction and remodeling services, including home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, tenant improvements, water damage restoration, design-build projects, and home additions. All work is subject to a written agreement detailing scope, timeline, and cost. Services begin upon mutual approval of the contract and deposit, where applicable.
Clients agree to pay as outlined in the project contract. Deposits may be required before work begins, with remaining balances due upon milestones or completion, as specified. Late payments may incur fees or halt work until resolved. All prices exclude unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden structural issues), which will be addressed via change orders.
We strive to meet agreed deadlines, but delays due to weather, supply issues, or client-requested changes may occur. Sahl Builders is not liable for delays beyond our control. We’ll communicate updates promptly to keep your project on track.
Clients must provide clear access to the worksite, accurate information, and timely decisions. Sahl Builders is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions undisclosed by the client.
Work is warranted for craftsmanship under normal use, as detailed in your contract (typically 1 year, unless otherwise stated). We are not liable for damages from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to the project cost.
Cancellations require written notice. Deposits are non-refundable after work begins, but unused funds for materials or unstarted phases may be refunded, less administrative costs, at our discretion.
Sahl Builders adheres to California safety regulations and building codes. Clients agree to comply with safety guidelines during construction. We are licensed as CA General Contractor #1133448.
Designs, plans, and content on sahlbuilders.com are owned by Sahl Builders. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation in California. Legal action, if necessary, falls under California jurisdiction.
